Thank you for choosing Vancouver Tour Packages. To ensure that you understand the conditions of your vacation, please read the following terms & conditions completely. Should you have any questions, please ask our agent.

 

RATES

Rates include administration, planning and operational expenses, but do not include federal taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to international exchange rate fluctuations.

 

SERVICE CHARGES & TAXES

Additional taxes may apply and will be advised at the time of booking. All prices include service fees, which cover administration and communication costs incurred to pre‐book your vacation.

 

CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and certify checks. Verbal authorization of the use of your, the client, credit card indicates your, client’s, approval with our booking terms & conditions and confirms your reservation whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft.For security reason we will request your home address. Vancouver Tour Packages is not responsible for foreign transaction or bank fees incurred.

 

DEPOSIT: $200 per person is required at the time of reservation.

 

FINAL PAYMENT: Required 45 days prior to departure. Vacations booked inside 45 days require a credit card number to guarantee full payment at the time of booking.

 

GENERAL CANCELLATION FEES FOR ESCORTED AND INDEPENDENT VACATIONS:

– Outside 45 days – no penalty applies
– 30 to 21 days – deposit forfeited
– 20 days or less – 100% of the total value forfeited

 

PRIVATE TOURS AND CUSTOMIZE PACKAGES

We would be pleased to customize a vacation for you, please note: package price breakdown is not available.

 

CHANGES TO RESERVATION

After confirmation of your vacation, we can assist with changes to your reservation for a fee of $50 per booking plus GST.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

All accommodations is ‘run of the house’, double room is based on two people sharing a room with two or one bed with bath. Triple room is based on three people sharing one room with two beds. If the requested hotel is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide hotel accommodations of a similar grade. It is standard policy in Canada that hotel rooms are available for check‐in after 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Hotels in Vancouver are completely non‐smoking in both the rooms and common areas.

 

MEALS

Our packages do not include baggage handling, meals, beverages, bar items, and room service.

 

GRATUITIES

Gratuities for a driver and a tour guide are not included and will be highly appreciated.

 

COMPANY POLICY LIABILITY
Terms & Conditions 2015 Vancouver Tour Packages

Vancouver Tour Packages (VTP) carrying on business as Vancouver Tour Packages, 2000 Travel LTD has made arrangements for the tour services described in this site. The carriers providing transportation services (other than 2000 Travel Ltd), hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint ventures with Vancouver Tour Packages or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by VTP are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the country in which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of VTP, the tour participant agrees that neither VTP or its affiliates, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any supplier providing services. Further, the tour participant agrees that neither VTP nor its affiliates, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss, property, resulting from:(1) The act or omission on the part of any person other than VTP or its employees;(2) Acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond VTP’s direct control. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada therein Written notice of any claim against VTP must be received no later than seven (7) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant.
